Referral disclosure & privacy
What we are
TreeHelp Connect is a referral service. We connect you with independent local tree pros; we don't do the work. We are not a tree service company, and we don't employ the pros we refer.
How we get paid
Our service is free to homeowners. Independent tree companies may pay us a fee for each referral or a monthly fee. That doesn't change the price a pro quotes you.
The pros
Each pro is an independent business responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing and insurance. We don't guarantee their work or prices. Before work begins, ask for proof of liability insurance and a written quote.
Privacy: your information
When you submit a request, we collect the details you enter: service, town, name, phone, and optionally email and job details. We share them with one independent tree pro serving your area so they can contact you about your job. We don't sell your information to anyone else. Form submissions are stored securely on our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and may be forwarded to us by email.
We won't send marketing texts without your permission. To have your information deleted, submit the form with "delete my info" in the details, or reply to any message from us.
Reviews
You can share a review of TreeHelp Connect on our Reviews page. We moderate submissions for authenticity before they appear publicly, and we publish both positive and negative genuine reviews. Optional email addresses on review forms are not shown publicly.
Emergencies
If a tree is on a power line or there is immediate danger, call 911 or your power company first. Don't approach downed lines.
